First stitches

A welcoming afternoon for complete beginners. We cover fabric preparation, threading a needle, back stitch, satin stitch, lazy daisy and neat finishing. Materials are ready at your place; tea and a printed stitch guide are included.

Sampler evenings

Across six Tuesday evenings, you build a linen sampler of useful stitches and begin to understand colour, direction and density. This is a gentle course rather than a race to an object.

Open table

Reserve a seat on Saturday afternoons for quiet work alongside others. Bring a project or choose a simple kit at the studio. Guidance is available when you need it.
